Service Agreement

Effective Date: May 12, 2026. This Service Agreement governs website usage, digital products, mobile applications, and related services provided by Chengdu Gaoquan Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, applications, APIs, commerce channels, or support systems, you agree to this Service Agreement and related policies, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the services.

3. Services Covered

  • Network technology and information technology development services.
  • Computer software customization, R&D, deployment, and operations maintenance.
  • Mobile management application development and operational support.
  • Smart hardware and electronic equipment showcasing and sales-related services.
  • IoT application services and integration operations.
  • Online commerce transactions for daily consumer goods and digital products.
  • Industry information publishing, brand marketing promotion, and business consulting.
  • Online customer services, cooperation coordination, and partnership matching.

4. App Store Distribution and Policy Alignment

Applications may be distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and compatible channels. Users and partners must comply with platform-specific terms, developer policies, content standards, and regional legal obligations. Where conflicts arise, mandatory law and applicable platform policies prevail.

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for accurate registration information and account credential protection.
  • Users must not misuse services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
  • Users must not attempt to compromise service security, reverse engineer protected systems unlawfully, or distribute harmful code.

6. Commercial Terms and Billing

  • Paid services, subscriptions, and custom project terms are governed by applicable order forms, statements of work, or invoices.
  • Prices, taxes, settlement cycles, and refund terms depend on service category, platform channel, and applicable law.
  • For app-store transactions, store-specific purchase and refund mechanisms apply.

7. Advertising and Monetization Terms

  • Our apps may display app open ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and in some products native ads.
  • Monetization may involve platforms including Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, ironSource, Mintegral, Pangle, InMobi, Liftoff/Vungle, Chartboost, Smaato, Start.io, Fyber, Tapjoy, Yahoo Ads, Yandex Ads, Amazon Publisher Services, and other compliant partners.
  • Ad display, measurement, and personalization settings are governed by legal basis, consent status, platform rules, and age-related restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, branding, and technology materials provided by us are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • No license is granted except as explicitly stated for lawful use of services.
  • Customer-provided materials remain subject to customer ownership or licensing declarations.

9. Privacy, Data Protection, and Security

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable legal frameworks. Users agree that we may process data as necessary for service provision, security, analytics, compliance, and operational improvement in accordance with applicable law.

10. Compliance with International Regulations

Service operations are adapted to legal obligations in applicable regions, including but not limited to GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, CCPA/CPRA and related U.S. state laws, PIPEDA (Canada), LGPD (Brazil), and other relevant jurisdictional rules where services are made available.

11. Age Eligibility and Restricted Use

  • Users must satisfy minimum age requirements under local law or obtain valid parental/guardian authorization where required.
  • Products with age-sensitive content controls will apply stricter policy settings, including advertising restrictions and privacy protections.

12. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue service components for maintenance, legal compliance, security, or business needs.
  • We may release new features or policy updates and require users to accept revised terms for continued use.

13. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate third-party tools such as cloud providers, payment processors, analytics, customer support systems, and ad networks. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in all circumstances, especially when dependent on third-party platforms and network infrastructure.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from service use or inability to use services.

16. Indemnification

Users and business clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chengdu Gaoquan Technology Co., Ltd from claims, liabilities, and losses arising from misuse, unlawful activity, rights infringement, or breach of this agreement.

17. Termination

  • Users may stop using services at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal requirements, security risks, fraud signals, or payment default where applicable.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is interpreted under applicable laws as determined by contract terms, mandatory consumer laws, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via support@gaoquantech.com. Where unresolved, disputes may be submitted to competent courts or arbitration forums as required by valid contractual arrangements and mandatory law.

19. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Service Agreement to reflect legal updates, platform policy changes, and business operations. Continued use after the effective date of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
